At Briks Pizza, we hand-make our dough, transport it on-site as dough balls, and hand-toss each base before loading it with premium ingredients. Every pizza is cooked in our roaring hot woodfire oven, infusing each bite with an irresistible smoky flavor.
From savory starters to sweet dessert pizzas, our team keeps serving until the event ends or your guests are full. Whether it’s a pizza party for school and corporate events, we ensure a fun, satisfying, and delicious experience.

ALL OUR BUSINESS AND SCHOOL PACKAGES INCLUDE:
• Old-fashioned, hand-made woodfired pizza professionally assembled from scratch on site.
• Flexible packages to suit your service length: From 45 minutes or to when everyone is full.
• Choose your package! (See below)
• Up to 4 gluten-free bases included in every package
• Plates and serviettes included (biodegradable) – forks when you order sides
• Travel included for events within Sydney metro
• Final numbers not required until 4-5 business days before your event.
All we need is to park our truck on a firm surface that fits a food truck and we do the rest.
CORPORATE, BUSINESS AND SCHOOL EVENT MINIMUM SPEND

SATURDAY NIGHTS (AFTER 4PM): $1,350 + GST
DECEMBER: $1,100 + GST
NOTE: First time customers are requested to secure the date with a $200 credit card deposit (+1.3% surcharge)
SCHOOL STUDENT / CHILDREN PRICES
Primary school students and children aged 4-11 start from $14+GST.
